Prenuptial agreements
Prenuptial agreements represent an emotionally sensitive subject for couples seeking to enter matrimony under Gibraltar law. Yet, they form an integral part of binding legal agreements available to those seeking to shield family or professional assets from potential claims that might arise on a divorce. We actively recommend the set up of prenuptial agreements in particular to clients with substantial assets accumulated, for example, from their activities prior to contracting a second or other marriage. We enjoy substantial experience with dealing with prenuptial agreements sensitively and in a manner reflecting the interests of our clients.
Naturalisation, nationality and titles
Our firm assists with naturalisation and nationality applications. Such applications form part of a Gibraltar resident's natural progression with localising his interests on the Rock following a period of residence. In very general terms, such applications can be made following a minimum of a 5 year permanent residence or a 3 year period marriage to a British Citizen or a British Overseas Territories Citizen. Our firm's assistance extends to the application for passports and other personal documents.
