Member of the Paris Bar since 1997, I was also the first lawyer in 2003 entitled to practice law in Gibraltar by virtue of my French qualifications in exercise of my EU rights, which have been retained in Gibraltar law.

It is in this context that I specialised in the creation and redomiciliation of companies as well as in financial transactions or mergers and acquisitions involving them. I also regularly advise in the setting up of trusts and foundations under Gibraltar law.

My expertise in personal and family matters also includes naturalisation applications, the establishment of powers of attorney and the drafting of pre-nuptial agreements.

Over the last 20 years I have built up a strong clientele of private clients seeking to relocate to Gibraltar for tax and estate planning purposes.

With a good analytical mind and a high level of listening skills, I enjoy a solid reputation as a persistent and pragmatic lawyer, dedicated to my clients and their businesses.

Passionate about art, I protect and assist artists, private collectors and intermediaries in their projects and transactions.

During my years at the Paris Bar, I contributed to the research and writing in 1997 of a practitioners' manual on criminal procedure for the internal use of lawyers registered with the Paris Bar Association. I also participated with my colleague Jean-Claude Woog, former member of the Paris Bar Council, in the writing of a book entitled "La stratégie du créancier", published in 1998.

I have also contributed articles on the practice of law in Gibraltar to the magazine Private Foundations: a World review - Trust and Trustees.

I am a member of the Gibraltar Association of Tax Advisers.

In December 2022, I was appointed Honorary Consul of France in Gibraltar.
